Returns

Our return policy for AweLight Multifunctional String Light lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, your lights must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, including the original packaging. Please return the item to our specified address, not to the manufacturer.

Order Changes and Cancellation

You have 24 hours after your purchase to cancel or modify your order. Changes to sale items are not permitted. After 24 hours, your order is processed for shipping, and no further changes can be made.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, contact us immediately for a replacement. Please mention "Damaged/Missing Item Claim" in the subject of your email to ensure prompt service.

Refunds

Shipping Costs
